Cinnamon-Honey Crunch


  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup Explorer’s Bounty Puffed Cinnamon Banana
  • 1 cup unblanched whole almonds
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup Explorer’s Bounty Puffed Cinnamon Pineapple


  1. Combine brown sugar, butter, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan and heat until boiling.
  2. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl then pour heated mixture over the top and stir until mixed.
  4. Lay everything in a greased cake pan and bake at 250 degrees for 40-50 minutes (Stilling every 10 minutes).
  5. Let cool on wax paper and serve in a large bowl for snacking.
