Cranberry Pecan Asiago Pizza

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 oz. Asiago cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped Equal Exchange Roasted Salted Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Equal Exchange Organic Dried Sweetened Cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • One refrigerated 12-inch thin pizza crust


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prick pizza dough with fork.
  2. Put oil in a small skillet. Saute garlic until tender. Season with white pepper.
  3. Place garlic in middle of pizza dough and use spatula to spread to edges.
  4. Add 4 ounces shredded Asiago cheese. Bake for 7 minutes.
  5. Add chopped walnuts, cranberries and basil and top with remaining ounce of cheese. Bake for 3 minutes longer.
