Folly Beach Bites


  • 8 oz. organic cream cheese
  • 8 oz. fresh crabmeat
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers, toasted
  • 1 package Nasoya® Wonton Wraps
  • Canola Oil


  1. Combine all ingredients, except wonton wrappers and oil, stirring until well blended.
  2. Place 1 tsp. of crab mixture in center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Dampen edges and pinch wrapper into a little pouch.
  4. Place oil in deep skillet and drop in first batch of crab bites.
  5. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper toweling.

Servings: 24 bites
