Quick Pickles


  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup apple cider or white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning, whole
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning, coarsely ground


  1. Place cucumber slices in a heat-resistant container with airtight lid (approximately 3 to 4 cups capacity).
  2. Pour water and vinegar over slices. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add onions and seasonings. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
