Sweet Red Pepper Dip



  • 1 package (15 oz.) Nasoya Extra Firm Tofu
  • 2 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. basil


  1. Pat roasted bell peppers dry with paper towels.
  2. Place peppers in food processor with drained tofu, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
  3. Place in serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
