Taco Bean Dip

tacobeandipIngredients:

  • 1 can (16 oz.) vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 can (20 oz.) Natural Touch® vegetarian chili
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. On large platter, spread out refried beans.
  2. Top with Natural Touch® vegetarian chili, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Serve with lowfat tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
