Tahini-Garlic Tofu Spread


  • 1 pack firm Nasoya® Organic Tofu
  • 3-4 Tbsp. organic sesame tahini
  • 3-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. minced chives


  1. Cube the tofu and put together with liquid from package into blender.
  2. Add the tahini and crushed garlic cloves and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. A few more tablespoons of water may be added for extra smoothness.
  4. Add chives for decoration.

This Tahini-Garlic Tofu spread makes a great cream cheese substitute on bread or bagels but is also great as a dip for chips or broccoli.
