Berry Black Cheesecake

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tea bags Numi Berry Black
  • 2 packages (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. org. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. gelatin
  • 8”- 9 ”graham cracker pie crust

Directions:

  1. Steep 4 tea bags of Berry Black in 1/2 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Squeeze and remove tea bags.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed.  Stir in gelatin until it dissolves.
  3. Pour half of cream cheese batter into pie crust.
  4. Fold Berry Black concentrate into remaining batter, then gently pour mixture on top of first layer.
  5. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Let cool for 30 minutes then chill for 4 hours.
