Fruit Smoothie

fruitsmoothieIngredients:

  • 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1 1/2 cup Meyenberg® Powdered Goat Milk (fresh or reconstituted)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Process on high setting until smooth and frothy.

Servings: 4 (1 cup each)
