Mango-licious Smoothie

  • 1 organic mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
  • 1 organic banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup organic orange juice
  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla nonfat Brown Cow Vanilla yogurt


  1. Place mango, banana, orange juice, and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
