“Mocha” Date Shake

  • 1 cup chilled Pearl® Original Organic Soymilk
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, cut in half
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes

Ingredients:

  1. Measure soymilk, banana, dates, coffee and ice cubes into blender container.
  2. Cover and process on high speed until frothy and dates are minced.

Servings: 2
