POM Morning Shake


  • 1 cup Pom Wonderful® 100% Pomegranate Juice
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk or regular lowfat milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. almonds, slivered or sliced
  • 2-4 Tbsp. protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp. honey, or to taste


  1. In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice cubes, banana, almonds, protein powder (optional), and honey to taste.
  2. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
