Super-Soy Tropical Smoothie

  • 3 cups Tropeak® Supreme Smoothy Mango Bango (frozen mango, pineapple and banana blend)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 oz. soy protein concentrate
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in batches in blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour blended batches together into a large pitcher. Stir well with long wooden spoon to mix batches.
  3. Serve immediately.
