Tropical Fruit Smoothie


  • 2 cups Vitasoy Vanilla Delight or Light Vanilla Soymilk
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1-6 ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut for garnish


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until thick and smooth.
  2. Garnish with toasted coconut and pineapple wedge.
