Breakfast Fajita

Ingredients:

  • 1 Yves® Veggie Cuisine Veggie Breakfast Patties
  • 2 6″ flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/4 medium size red pepper, cut into 1/8″ thick strips
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced thin
  • 2 slices Yves® Veggie Cuisine Good Slice, Jalepeno-Jack Flavour

Directions:

  1. Saute red pepper and onion in a non-stick frying pan in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes or until soft.
  2. Add diced Yves® Veggie Cuisine Veggie Breakfast Patties and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Divide cooked mixture onto 2 tortillas, place 1 Good Slice on each one and roll them up tight.
  4. Place in preheated 375° oven for 4-6 minutes or until fajitas are crispy.
  5. Alternatively crisp fajitas in frying pan over medium heat in an oil sprayed frying pan.
