Cranberry Crunch Breakfast Muffins



  • 1 cup Breadshop’s® Cranberry Crunch Muesli
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Florida Crystals® Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbs. butter or margarine


  1. Preheat over to 400° F.
  2. Chop cranberries and sprinkle with half the sugar.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder and mix with Breadshop’s® Cranberry Crunch Muesli, salt and remaining sugar.
  4. Beat egg slightly, combine with milk and melted butter, add to dry ingredients. Stir only until blended.
  5. Fold in cranberries.
  6. Transfer to buttered muffin pans and bake for about 20 minutes.
  7. They’re delicious served warm!

Servings: 12 medium sized muffins

  • Can I substitute something for the cereal? We never eat cereal at our house…
