Egg-citing Breakfast for Kids


  • 2 Gold Circle Farms® eggs
  • 2 bread slices or muffin halves
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • Shredded cheese optional


  1. Cut out centers of bread slices or halves with cookie cutter or inverted drinking glass.
  2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place bread in pan.
  4. Crack eggs and slip into bread holes.
  5. Cook until bottom of bread is lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn over.
  6. Top with cheese, if desired.
  7. Cook until eggs are set, about 3 to 5 minutes.
