Frozen Stonyfield Farmwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint Stonyfield Farm® Vanilla Ice Cream or Nonfat Frozen Yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Stonyfield Farm® Plain Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup, semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl, beat sugar, softened butter and eggs until light and fluffy.
  3. Add plain yogurt and vanilla and blend well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients and then chips.
  5. Place spoonfuls of batter on a well-greased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. Allow cookies to cool thoroughly.
  6. While cookies are cooling, allow the ice cream or frozen yogurt to soften for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Place scoop of ice cream or frozen yogurt on each cookie and top with another cookie and top with another cookie to make a sandwich.
  8. Wrap sandwiches in plastic and keep in for up to a week.
