Key Lime Tofu Pie


  • 1 package Mori-Nu® Silken Firm Tofu
  • 8 oz. tofu cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup key lime or regular lime juice
  • 2 tsp. lime rind, grated
  • 2 packages Mori-Nu® Mates Lemon Creme or Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 graham cracker pie shell


  1. Drain excess water from tofu.
  2. Blend tofu with lime juice in a food processor until completely creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients; re-blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into pie shell and chill for 2-3 hours.
