Lemon Chiffon and Berry Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 4 4-oz. cups Stonyfield Farm® Moo-la-la yogurt, Lemon Chiffon flavor
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 12 ginger snaps

Directions:

  1. Combine sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Place the 12 ginger snaps in a sandwich bag, and crush using a rolling pin to make ginger snap crumbs.
  3. Using a wine glass, layer the fresh berries, then top with one cup of Lemon Chiffon Moo-la-la, and garnish with ginger snap crumbs.
