Pumpkin Spice Topping



  • 1 pint Organic Valley® Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated organic cane sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon


  1. Chill mixer bowl and beaters until ready to use. Chill bowl.
  2. With an electric mixer using the beater attachment, whip whipping cream for 30 seconds on low speed.
  3. Add sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat at high speed until soft peaks are formed.
  4. On low speed, blend in pumpkin until thoroughly mixed. Blend on high until light and fluffy – being careful not to over mix.
  5. For best results, make right before serving.
