Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Pie


This simple recipe is great for anyone that likes to
entertain, although does not have the time to bake up
something for dessert.


  • 1 cup Stoneyfield® plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 8-oz. package of fat-free cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 9-inch prepared low-fat graham cracker pie crust


  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Blend yogurt and vanilla extract into this mixture.
  3. Fold in Strawberries, and pour filling into graham cracker crust. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until set.
  4. Top with whipped cream if you like, and allow pie to warm slightly before serving.
