Sweet Ambrosia Salad


  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Brown Cow vanilla yogurt (fat level of your preference)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded


  1. Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
  2. Allow to chill in refrigerator for short time for best flavor.
