Very Berry Yogurt Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Health Valley® Graham Crackers crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 2 cups (16 oz.) Alta Dena® Vanilla or Strawberry Yogurt
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
  3. Press evenly into 9″ pie pan, covering bottom and sides.
  4. Bake in oven for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  5. Gently fold whipped topping into yogurt.
  6. Stir in strawberries. Spoon into prepared crust.
  7. Freeze 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, place in refrigerator 15 minutes or until easily cut.
  9. Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries.
