Golden Chai Tiramisu

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 5 tea bags Numi Golden Chai
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp. spiced Rum
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 4 Tbsp. additional sugar & 2 tsp. Cinnamon (for Cinnamon/Sugar Mix)

Directions:

  1. Steep 5 tea bags of Golden Chai in 3/4 cup boiling water for 4 minutes. Allow to cool, squeeze and remove tea bags.
  2. Beat egg yolks with 2 Tbsp. sugar until creamy. Add vanilla extract and fold in until smooth.
  3. Add Spiced Rum and 2 teaspoons sugar.
  4. Line clear bowl with butter. Carefully dip ladyfingers in tea and line bottom of bowl. Add 1/3 of cheese mixture. Sprinkle over with sugar mixture.
  5. Repeat the last 2 steps 2 more times. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
