Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce



  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Muir Glen® Organic Whole Peeled Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Heat oil in small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add garlic, cook until golden.
  3. Stir in undrained tomatoes and red pepper.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook, stirring and crushing tomatoes with spoon, until thickened, about 25 minutes.
  6. Toss with hot, cooked pasta.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
