Asian BBQ Pita Pizza


  • 1 8-inch round pita bread
  • 1 Tbsp. San-J® Asian BBQ Sauce
  • 1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup cooked, seasoned pork or vegetarian pork, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika, optional
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped almonds


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread San-J® Asian BBQ sauce on one side of the pita bread.
  3. Top with the frozen spinach, chopped pork, smoked paprika (if using), garlic powder and almonds.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until pita is crispy.
