Crunchy Turkey Pops

  • 4 boneless turkey breast cut into 2×4 inch strips
  • 1 cup Ians Italian Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spray cooking oil
  • Bamboo skewers


  1. Wash and pat dry each turkey strip. Insert a skewer into the end.
  2. Dip into beaten egg, then dip into Ian’s Italian Panko Breadcrumbs (mixed with salt & pepper to taste).
  3. Spray cooking sheet with oil and line the skewers in a row. Spray each pop with oil.
  4. Bake at 375° – 400° F, turning several times to brown evenly for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with: Celery, carrot, pepper, broccoli and cucumber strips; Cranberry sauce dip (Run cranberry jelly thru the blender for 1 minute until saucy); Honey mustard dip (Mix equal amount honey with mustard of choice); Ranch dressing
  6. Give each child small paper “dipping cups” from saved take out food condiment containers or cut down Dixie cups- they love having a plate with their own dipping and tasting things.
