Marinated Black Label Oven Ribs

marinatedblacklabelovenribsIngredients:

  • 1/4 cup San-J Premium Tamari Soy Sauce – Black Label
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 lbs. pork spareribs

Directions:

  1. Combine first seven ingredients together well.
  2. Pour marinade over ribs and refrigerate 12 hours, or overnight, turning meat 3 or 4 times while marinating.
  3. To cook, preheat oven to 300º F.
  4. Place marinade and ribs in a baking pan.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours until fork tender.
  6. Turn oven off and leave ribs in oven for 10 minutes which will caramelize the cooked ribs, or, place cooked ribs on a hot grill for 5 minutes for a grilled carmalization.
