Prego® Skillet Chicken Parmesan

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Prego® Organic Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast halves (4 to 6)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)

Directions:

  1. Stir 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese into pasta sauce.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for about 10 minutes or until browned.
  4. Pour sauce mixture over chicken, turning to coat with sauce.
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
