Sweet Panko Encrusted Salmon

Submitted by Michelle G. of Rapid City, SD, for the Mambolicious Recipe Contest 2009.


  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 2/3 cup Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil


  1. Wash salmon fillets with cold water. Pat dry.
  2. Coat each fillet generously with lime juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, and garlic pepper.
  3. Mix Ian’s Panko Breadcrumbs with olive oil. Spread over salmon filets (make more if needed).
  4. Bake at 425° F for about 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
