Thai-Style Skewered Chicken


  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. grated fresh lime peel
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
  • 8 (12-inch) metal skewers
  • 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman® Thai Style Chili Sauce


  1. Marinate thighs in mixture of next 4 ingredients in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Thread 2 thighs, side by side, on 2 skewers; leave space between pieces. Repeat.
  3. Broil 4 inches from heat source for 10 minutes.
  4. Brush thighs with chili sauce. Turn over and brush with remaining sauce.
  5. Broil 5 minutes longer, or until no longer pink in thickest part.
