Turkey Meatballs

  • 1 lb. extra lean ground turkey or meat substitute
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 2 Tbsp. Jane’s Krazy Mixed Up Salt
  • 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (thawed, not drained)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. Roll turkey or meat substitute mixture into golf-ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Place onto a non-stick cookie sheet in rows of three by four.
  5. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
