Creamy Tempeh Salad


  • 2 packages (8 oz.) Lightlife® Soy Three Grain Tempeh
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet relish
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, tomatoes and black olives as garnish.


  1. Dice Tempeh into half-inch cubes and steam for 15 minutes.
  2. Place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dice vegetables. Add to Tempeh.
  4. Add all seasonings and soy mayonnaise. Mix well.
  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomato wedges and olives or as a sandwich filling or dip.
