Peppery Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2  6-oz. cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise or  sour cream
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp. diced pimento or  roasted sweet peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. Simply Organic Basil Leaf
  • 1 tsp. Simply Organic Mustard Powder
  • 2 tsp. Simply Organic Get Crackin Peppercorns, coarse grind

Directions:

  1. Place tuna in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in mayonnaise and pimento.
  3. Stir in basil, mustard and Simply Organic Get Crackin peppercorns.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Note: Serve on toasted bagel with slice of Swiss cheese. Serve our Quick Pickles along with Peppery Tuna for a crunchy treat!
