Tangy Caesar Salad


  • 1/4 cup Santa Cruz® Organic lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 can anchovies (reserve 6 for garnish)
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • Croutons


  1. Blend first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Divide the lettuce among 6 plates.
  3. Top with dressing, parmesan cheese, reserved anchovies and croutons.
