Grilled Chicken Caesar-Style Wraps


  • 4 chicken breast halves
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 oz. Broccosprout® Sandwich Style Sprout Blends
  • 1 package romaine hearts
  • Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Place chicken breasts, lemon juice and oil in plastic bag. Seal and turn to coat. Wait 10 minutes.
  2. Place chicken in bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill about 10 minutes, turning once, until done but still moist.
  4. Coarsely chop romaine hearts.
  5. Remove stem and seeds from bell pepper. Slice into thin strips.
  6. Slice chicken into strips.
  7. Divide romaine, bell pepper, chicken and sprouts among tortillas.
  8. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  9. Fold bottom of tortilla over mixture about 3 inches and roll horizontally.
