Grilled Italian Sausage and Peppers


  • 2 medium bell peppers (red, green and/or yellow), cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kraft® Light Done Right Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 4 frozen Boca® Meatless Italian Sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns or french bread rolls, partially split


  1. Place peppers, onion and dressing in heavy-duty foil bag or foil pouch; close bag tightly.
  2. Grill 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning bag occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, grill sausages as directed on package.
  4. Fill buns with sausages; top with pepper mixture.

Nutrition Bonus: Fire up the grill! Red peppers, rich in vitamins A and C, make a tasty topping for this meatless sandwich.
