Ian’s Organic Chicken Patty with Chipotle Mayonnaise


  • 4 each Ciabatta rolls
  • 4 each Ian’s® Organic Chicken Patty
  • 8 slices thick cut bacon, cooked
  • 4 leaves red leaf lettuce, washed
  • 8 thin slices ripe tomato
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Chipotle Mayonnaise:

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper
  • 2 tsp. adobo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. dried crushed oregano
  • 1 tsp. lemon, juice


  1. Cook Ian’s® Organic Chicken Patty according to box instructions.
  2. On a clean work surface, lay out the ciabatta rolls, cut and spread 1 side of each slice with 1 1/2 Tbsp. of the Chipotle Mayonnaise (or to taste.)
  3. Build the sandwiches by placing 2 slices of bacon, 1 lettuce leaves, 2 slices of tomato and 1/4 of the avocado slices onto the spread side of 4 of the bread slices, then place cooked Ian’s Organic Chicken Patty.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, spread sides down, and press downward slightly before slicing each sandwich in half.

Chipotle Mayonnaise:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate until ready to use or serve.
