Salsa Fresca Burgers


  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow or green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste (optional)
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Boca® Meatless Cheeseburgers
  • 4 hamburger buns, split


  1. Mix all ingredients except burgers and buns; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Cook burgers as directed on package. Serve in buns topped with tomato mixture.

Great Substitute: Substitute Boca® Meatless Original or All American Flame Grilled Burgers or Boca® Meatless Original or Spicy Chikn Patties for the cheeseburgers.
