“Traditional” Clubhouse Sandwich


  • 3 slices Yves® Canadian Veggie Bacon
  • 3 slices Yves® Veggie Turkey
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 Tbsp. soy mayonnaise
  • 1 – 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices ripe tomato
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper


  1. Toast bread and spread mayonnaise on two pieces of bread. Place Yves® Turkey slices and lettuce on bottom piece. Cover with second piece.
  2. Saute Yves Canadian Veggie Bacon over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Place bacon and tomato on second piece of toast. Sprinkle salt and pepper on tomato and cover with third piece of toast.
  4. Cut diagonally into 4 pieces and serve.
