Tropical Salsa Burgers

TropicalSalsaBurgersIngredients:

  • 2 frozen Boca® Meatless All American Flame Grilled Burgers
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 plum tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 multi-grain hamburger buns, split
  • Lettuce leaves

Directions:

  1. Grill burgers as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, mix pineapple, onions, tomato and crushed red pepper until well blended.
  3. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and pineapple mixture.

Servings: 2

Special Extra: Add chopped fresh mango to the pineapple mixture.

Great Substitute: Substitute frozen Boca® Meatless Chik’n Patties for the burgers.
