Turkey Sandwich with BroccoSprouts®


  • 1 french baguette
  • Salad greens
  • 1 whole tomato
  • 1 medium-sized red onion
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 lb. sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup Broccosprouts® broccoli sprouts
  • Mayonnaise or mustard to taste


  1. Cut baguette into 6-inch lengths, then slice lengthwise.
  2. Place salad greens, 1/2 inch slices of tomato and onion, slices of carrot and turkey breast and 1/2 cup of BroccoSprouts® broccoli sprouts on each sandwich.
