Veggie Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey or meat substitute
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup homemade bread crumbs
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh mushroom, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. Janes Krazy Mixed Up Salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Form mixture into patties.
  3. Bake at 350° F on a large stone or cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes, until done.
  4. Serve on whole wheat buns with lettuce and tomato.
