Broccoli Stir Fry

  • 3 cups broccoli florettes, steamed
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. pure olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a hot wok add oil then ginger garlic and broccoli.
  2. Stir for a few minutes then add sesame oil.
  3. Cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently, season with salt and pepper.
