Garlic Spinach Saute

  • 10 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


  1. Heat oil in a large pot or saute pan.
  2. Toss in garlic, cook for 30 seconds, then reduce heat to low.
  3. Add spinach at once, toss around to wilt it down.
  4. Add salt and pepper then serve the wilted spinach.
