Potato Salad with Sugar Snap Peas and Herbs

  • 1 lb. small new potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. fresh tarragon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp. fresh basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Jane’s® Krazy Mixed-Up Seasoning Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes in quarters.
  2. Place in medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes (until barely tender).
  4. Add sugar snap peas; continue simmering uncovered about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drain vegetables.
  6. Add butter to vegetables in saucepan. Cook until melted.
  7. Stir in the herbs.
  8. Add Jane’s® Krazy Mixed-Up Seasoning Salt and pepper, toss lightly.
  9. Heat and serve.
