Rustic Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

  • About 25 organic fingerling potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1-2 Tbsp. of Fleur De Sel
  • Fresh cracked black pepper


  1. Wash potatoes and let dry.
  2. Place into baking dish or gratin.
  3. Drizzle 3 Tbsp. of olive oil over potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with Fleur De Sel.
  5. Spread fresh thyme over potatoes.
  6. Season with fresh cracked black pepper.
  7. Roast in preheated 375º F oven for 30-35 minutes.
