Smart Ground Chili

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 pkgs (12 oz. ) LightLife® Smart Ground, Original
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 2 cans (15 oz. ) kidney beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can (15 oz.) corn kernels

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, green pepper and celery in small amount of oil until cooked through and softened.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
